About Wicking Good

You know those conversations that happen at 10pm, when the kids are finally asleep and you're too tired to fold laundry but too wired to go to bed? That's where Wicking Good was born.

We're two friends navigating the beautiful, messy, sometimes bewildering landscape of middle age. Between the career pivots and the identity crises, the hot flashes and the "wait, what did I come in here for?" moments — we found each other. And we found candle-making.

What started as an experiment with soy wax and essential oils quickly became our passion. We spent months perfecting our process — testing wicks, blending scents, and pouring candle after candle until each one was exactly right.

Every candle we make is hand-poured with all natural ingredients. No shortcuts, no synthetics, no compromises. Just clean-burning, beautifully scented candles made with the kind of care you'd put into something for your best friend. Because that's exactly what they are.

Our scents are inspired by the moments that matter — the quiet morning before the house wakes up, the long bath after a hard day, the evening spent with a good book and nowhere to be. The in-between moments. The ones that are just for you.
